BREEVY END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT



1) LICENSE.



This Breevy End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you

(either an individual or a single entity) and 16 Software ("AUTHOR") for Breevy,

which includes any associated software components, media, printed materials, and any

"online" or electronic documentation related to Breevy ("SOFTWARE"). By installing,

copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this

EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. 



2) GRANT OF LICENSE / EVALUATION (TRIAL).



If you have not yet purchased a license, you may evaluate the SOFTWARE without charge for 

thirty (30) days from the day that you first run the SOFTWARE. After this period expires,

you must purchase one (1) license for each individual user that will use the SOFTWARE. After

you purchase a license, you will be sent an automated email with a license name and key.

You must enter the license name and key as prompted by the SOFTWARE to continue using

the SOFTWARE after the trial period has expired.

IMPORTANT: You may not, through any means, bypass or attempt to bypass the trial restrictions.

You may not share your license key(s) with anyone else. Failure to comply with these terms may

result in restricted access to the software, without notice. Legal action may also be taken.



3) DISTRIBUTION.



You may not redistribute the SOFTWARE except in its full, unmodified form, as distributed by

AUTHOR. You may not redistribute the SOFTWARE along with a keygen, crack, or other piece of

software or information that can be used to bypass the trial restrictions without purchasing a

license.



4) RESTRICTIONS.



You may NOT rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE, or attempt to bypass the trial/evaluation

restrictions. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the

recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA, and you immediately remove the SOFTWARE from

each computer you have installed it on.



5) TERMINATION.



Without prejudice to any other rights, AUTHOR may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply

with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the

SOFTWARE.



6) COPYRIGHT.



The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You

acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you.

You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the

exclusive property of the AUTHOR and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except

as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will

contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the SOFTWARE.

 

7) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.



Though every effort is made to provide you with a stable product, no software is ever

bug-free; therefore, the SOFTWARE is provided on an AS IS basis without warranties of any

kind. In no event shall AUTHOR be liable for any damages whatsoever.
