Forum should be working for everyone now...

This forum displayed properly using Firefox, but when I tried viewing it in IE and Opera everything was scrunched up and wasn't displaying properly, even though all of the code validated without any errors. I've modified the CSS stylesheets so you should be able to view the forum with any browser now.

Sorry if it kept you from using the forum... you can use it now.
