ICYSCREEN END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT



1) LICENSE.



This IcyScreen End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you

(either an individual or a single entity) and 16 Software ("AUTHOR") for IcyScreen,

which includes any associated software components, media, printed materials, and any

"online" or electronic documentation related to IcyScreen ("SOFTWARE"). By installing,

copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this

EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. 



2) GRANT OF LICENSE / EVALUATION (TRIAL).



If you have not yet purchased a license, you may evaluate the SOFTWARE without charge for 

thirty (30) days from the day that you first run the SOFTWARE. After this period expires,

you must purchase one (1) license for each computer that will access the SOFTWARE. After

you purchase a license, you will be sent an automated email with a registration name and key.

You must enter the registration name and key as prompted by the SOFTWARE to continue using

the SOFTWARE after the trial period has expired.

IMPORTANT: You may not, through any means, bypass or attempt to bypass the trial restrictions.

You may not share a registration key with anyone else. Failure to comply with these terms may

result in restricted access to the software, without notice. Legal action may also be taken.



4) DISTRIBUTION.



You may not redistribute the SOFTWARE except in it's full, unmodified form, as distributed by

AUTHOR. You may not redistribute the SOFTWARE along with a keygen, crack, or other piece of

software or information that can be used to bypass the trial restrictions without purchasing a

license.



5) RESTRICTIONS.



You may NOT rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE, or attempt to bypass the trial/evaluation

restrictions. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the

recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA, and you immediately remove the SOFTWARE from

each computer you have installed it on.



You may NOT use the SOFTWARE for any illegal/harmful purposes.



You may NOT install and/or run the SOFTWARE on a computer that you do not own, unless you have

explicit permission from the owner of said computer to install and/or run the SOFTWARE, AFTER

you have informed the owner that the SOFTWARE "takes screenshots automatically" and that a

"screenshot is an exact duplicate, in picture form, of everything that is being shown on the

computer screen at the time the screenshot is taken."



You may NOT use the SOFTWARE to capture screenshots while other people are using the computer

on which the SOFTWARE is installed, unless the following conditions are met:



      1) The user is informed that you are "monitoring their computer usage by taking

      	 screenshots" with the SOFTWARE, and is also informed that "a screenshot is an

	 exact duplicate, in picture form, of everything that is being shown on the computer

	 screen at the time the screenshot is taken."



	 The user MUST agree to this, without any coercement, BEFORE using the computer upon

	 which the SOFTWARE is running or will run.



      2) If the user is a minor of or younger than the age of 13, the user's legal guardian

      	 MUST ALSO be informed that you are "monitoring their minor's computer usage by taking

	 screenshots" with the SOFTWARE, and they MUST be informed that "a screenshot is an exact

	 duplicate, in picture form, of everything that is being shown on the computer screen at

	 the time the screenshot is taken."



	 The user's legal guardian MUST agree to this, without any coercement, BEFORE the user

	 uses the computer upon which the SOFTWARE is running or will run.



      3) If the previous two conditions have been met, and any of the user's personal information

      	 (or anyone else's personal information besides your own) has been captured in any of the

	 screenshots captured by the SOFTWARE (including, but not limited to, credit card

	 information, passwords, website login information, PIN numbers, etc), the screenshot

	 containing said personal information MUST be IMMEDIATELY and PERMANENTLY destroyed, and

	 MUST NOT be used or archived.



6) TERMINATION.



Without prejudice to any other rights, AUTHOR may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply

with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the

SOFTWARE.



7) COPYRIGHT.



The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You

acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you.

You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE will remain the

exclusive property of the AUTHOR and you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except

as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of the SOFTWARE will

contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the SOFTWARE.

 

8) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.



Though every effort is made to provide you with a stable product, no software is ever

bug-free; therefore, the SOFTWARE is provided on an AS IS basis without warranties of any

kind. In no event shall AUTHOR be liable for any damages whatsoever.
